One of the important pages you will add to your app is the login page. It allows enterprises to add a layer of security to their mobile forms as only logged in users can fill in forms and access data on tasks, etc.

In this article, you will learn how to create a Login Page for your mobile app.

Step 1 - Create a New Page

First, click on Pages and Forms from the left menu.

Next, click on the Create New button at the top right corner of the page.

Step 2 - Enter Your Page's Details

Once the Add New page appears, you need to enter the following details:

  • Display Name - Enter a meaningful name such as Login in this field. This name will be displayed in the list of pages in your app if you set it as visible.
  • Internal Name: The internal name of the page will be auto-populated as you type in the Display Name. The Internal Name is used in expressions and other advanced level functions in Miracle Studio. If you wish to edit this field, if you wish to edit it, make sure the new name doesn't include spaces or special characters except for dashes ‘-‘ and underscores ‘_’. The name should also not begin with a number.

Step 3 - Set Advanced Properties for Your Page

After entering the Display Name and Internal Name, click on Advanced.

As you are creating a page that will allow users to login using an Authentication Connector, select Login Page from the Page Template drop-down.

Finally, click 'Save'.
